Year 7 Learning Community
All Year 7 students study a common comprehensive curriculum based on VELS. Year 7 is regarded as an introduction to the studies encountered in the six years at the College. Basic skills, different methods of learning and work practices will be introduced in a structured group environment. This will enable the student to develop the academic and social skills to cope with planning their own learning pathways beyond Year 7. Interdisciplinary studies, encompassing Integrated Units, are also undertaken.
